Lower Luxton is a charming "Olde Worlde" XVII century farmhouse with exposed beams, log fires and beautiful views over the Otter Valley. A family run farm and farmhouse, the emphasis is on good farmhouse food and service and a warm welcome all year round.This is a real working farm with mainly cows but we do have a few sheep and our pets. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden or enjoy peaceful walks across the fields or down the country lanes taking in the quietness of the countryside.

The Ash Suite consists of a double bed, colour tv, tea & coffee making facilities, window seat with splendid views over the Otter Valley, ensuite shower room with pedestal wash hand basin and low level wc.

The Oak Suite consists of one double bed, one single bed, colour tv, pedestal wash hand basin tea & coffee making facilities with splendid views over the Otter Valley. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom door on a quiet part of the landing.
