Located in Devon, Lower Luxton Farm nestles in the centre of the Blackdown Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, very quiet and peaceful with lovely walks. Lower Luxton Farm offers one family room and one double room on a Bed and Breakfast basics but you are free to come and go as you please,bring food in and keep in the fridge,which is especially for Guests use. Tea and coffee making available.
Pollywagtails self catering cottage
We offer you a serene country cottage on a working farm, overlooking the picturesque otter valley. We include a fully equiped kitchen with washing machine and also linen and towels. Olde worlde features incuding beams and woodburner in the centre of the living room. Having one single and one double bedroom with the use of folding bed or comfy sofa bed Pollywagtails can sleep up to five people as there is plenty of space.
Your own grass lawn is available to you including swing seat, picnic table and private washing line. Your own parking space is next to the cottage.
Also included in the price of either Bed and Breakfast or self catering is unlimited use of our 3 coarse fishing ponds located on farm. Local walking route maps are available for you to use to spot the wild flowers. Wildlife to be seen locallaly are Roe deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, rabbits, buzzards and many others are all common sights

Lower Luxton is a charming "Olde Worlde" XVII century farmhouse with exposed beams, log fires and beautiful views over the Otter Valley. A family run farm and farmhouse, the emphasis is on good farmhouse food and service and a warm welcome all year round.This is a real working farm with mainly cows but we do have a few sheep and our pets.
